Shipping Options

At Lugaro, we are committed to providing a seamless and convenient shopping experience.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders placed through Lugaro.com. Every shipment is fully trackable and requires a signature upon delivery to help ensure your purchase arrives safely.

Priority shipping is also available for an additional fee, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

To enhance the security of high-value purchases, orders over $2,000 may be held at your local shipping facility for secure pickup with identification.

Standard Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Orders paid through Flexiti or Affirm may require an additional processing time of 4–7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary by carrier.

FedEx shipments typically arrive within 1–2 business days after the shipping confirmation has been issued, while Canada Post deliveries generally arrive within 3–14 business days depending on the destination.

Please note that these estimated delivery times do not apply to backordered items, international orders or special orders. Additional processing times may apply.

Ring Sizing:

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped if you have selected a ring size other than the standard size.

Our women’s rings are available in a standard size 6.5, and our men’s rings are available in a standard size 10. Any ring purchased in a different size will be professionally resized at our manufacturing studio in West Vancouver prior to shipment.

Please note that resized rings are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Custom & Made-to-Order Rings

Production & Delivery Times:

• Made-to-Order Gold Wedding Bands: Require 4–6 weeks for delivery.
• MADANI Custom Rings: Require 2–4 weeks for delivery.
• Note: Additional processing time may apply for international orders.
• Please note that custom/made-to-order rings are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Pick-Up at any Lugaro Jewellers Location

Please allow 2–8 business days for your order to be prepared for in-store pickup. Some items may require additional time to be transferred to your preferred Lugaro Jewellers location.

You will receive a notification by phone and/or email once your order is ready for pickup. Orders will be held at the selected store for 10 days. After this period, the item will be returned to our head office, and you will need to contact our Customer Service team to arrange an alternate pickup time.

When collecting your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and valid government-issued photo identification.

If someone other than the original purchaser will be picking up the order, written authorization must be provided by email at least one business day prior to pickup.

International Shipping

Lugaro proudly ships internationally to customers in the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. All of our jewellery is designed and crafted in Canada.

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order for more information regarding any applicable charges or import requirements.
